Think about it.. this is the rest of your life you are deciding. It is your choice.

What are the physical traits you desire in a woman. Be realistic and remember that someone you truly love will always look beautiful to you anyway.

Calculate just how much you can really afford to pay to bring your lady to your bed.
You must consider travelling to see her in her own country (necessary for a visa from some countries). The cost of immigration fees. (Up to $1,500). The costs involved in relocating her to your country, airfares, suitable clothing etc. The cost of your time off work if that becomes necessary.

If you have a limited budget you are better off seeking your lady in your home country. This need not restrict the race of the lady you want. there are women from every country residing in the USA already.

As I said on the previous page a good way to start is to browse through hundreds of personal adverts.. Just get a feel for women from different countries.
And, of course, DO NOT BELIEVE THE STUPID GENERALISATIONS MADE ABOUT ANY GROUP OF WOMEN.

We are all individuals and so you will find the full range of personality traits from women in every country.

You can find career women, homebodies, gentle loving women, tough coarse hard drinkin' women, sportswomen, refined and intelligent women, entirely uneducated women, women wanting older men and women wanting younger men from every country in the world.

Read enough personals and you can prove it to yourself.

As you read, however, you will get a feel for the subtle differences between countries.

Make a list of your requirements and STICK TO THEM when you begin your search.
If you want a home-keeper do not chase a stunning career lady just because you would feel proud to walk the streets with her on your arm. That is a sure recipe for disaster.

Begin your quest with an open mind.
Ignore the ridiculous articles which abound on the internet about "rip-off Russians" - "Asians desperate to get to the West" It is clear that these articles are written by people who have no experience of what they are saying.
I just read an article which said that less than 2% of Western/Asian marriages are successful....
Excuse me???
The true facts (available to anyone) are that the USA divorce rate is above 50% and the Western/Asian part of that is less than 20% .. so these 'foreign' marriages are in fact more than twice as successful as 'ordinary' marriages.
The same person states that 3 out of 4 women have serious emotional problems..really?? (I guess I know who has the problems..)

Before deciding where to search, have a wide ranging look around. Read articles on women from various countries. Browse the photos and profiles in a number of Agencies and Personals lists. Read what the women say; study who they are looking for.
For example you will find some Asian women of 18-25 years are seeking men from 45 - 55 years, while most Russian women want a man no more than 10 years her senior and so on.
Make sure you are being realistic when you start seeking your new bride. This will save you time and money.
If you are 55 years old and send 100 letters to Russian women in their 20's you will get very few replies..money wasted.

Having decided where to target your search it is wise to again spend time browsing the ads on various sites...check the prices and make a plan.

You really have three options.

1. Pay around $100 to join an agency which has mostly postal addresses. You will then need to spend around $50 on postage. The advantage is that these women will not have had so many responses. Write your letters carefully using the formula on page two of this article.

2. Reply to a large number of ads on personals lists like Excite or Friendfinder. Remember the more 'attractive' girls will have many, many replies - especially those who post a photo.
Remember here that the girls on the 'free' lists will have huge numbers of replies while on pay sites like Friendfinder the numbers will be less but still numerous. You will need to write replies which really grab the interest of the advertiser. BE INTERESTED IN HER!!!

3. Unless your letter writing is pretty good you are better off to join a matchmaking service and let them do all the work. You can expect to pay from $100 to $1,500 to find your soulmate this way.

The way to save money is to choose one method only...and stick with it until you succeed. Remember you can definately succeed with any of the above.
